Donate to our Silent Auction and Raffle

This year your MCHS Boys Lacrosse Fundraiser will be hosted at the home of David and Cindy Hoag at 1163 Longfellow Ave., Manhattan Beach.

Saturday, March 10th, 2012 6:30 PM.  

This fundraiser will be one of the best yet!  Included: dinner, dessert, music, auction and raffles as well as an ephemeral Tequila Bar and a beer and wine bar.

Dinner tickets are $40 per person and include: Dinner, dessert and drinks. Raffle Tickets- $1 per ticket the day of the party. Special pre-party pricing and packages! See below.

• Raffle Ticket Blocks: $20 for 30 Tickets $10 for 15 Tickets 
• $1 per Ticket the day of the party

We are asking each family to donate/solicit 1 donation. Gifts can be sports gear (lacrosse items), sporting event tickets and memorabilia, jewelry, gift certificates of any kind, homemade crafts, beauty products, free use of a vacation home, etc. Basically anything you would want to win. It’s a chance for your favorite small business to advertise. The more the merrier, so go for it!!

Everyone who buys a raffle ticket will have a chance to win. We will be announcing the raffle prizes and Silent Auction Donations by email. Buy tickets for friends and family!!! Tickets bought online ahead will be given to your son at practice. On the ticket simply write your name and phone number and place in the receptacle by the prize. Tickets will be drawn during the evening. Winner need not be present to win. This way you can relax, eat and enjoy each other’s company, and if you win, we will call you.

Please complete this Donation Form.  Attach the completed form to the donated gift so we can recognize all donors and organize the gifts.
