Athletic Packet All players MUST have completed & submitted the Athletic Clearance Packet (including a recent physical form) to the Mira Costa Attendance Office. Your son will not be allowed to practice Fall Ball without having turned this information in. If you have not completed and submitted the Athletic Packet, you can download it from the Players section of this site.

Game Uniforms Game jerseys, including Home and Away, and shorts are the property of the program. Each player is responsible for keeping his uniform clean and in good condition. The player will be charged for the replacement cost of the jerseys and shorts if not returned at the end of the season. All players are required to wear a team jacket to games. Varsity players are required to a game day polo shirt.

Desired Uniform Numbers We will do our best to accommodate number requests. Seniors get first choice, then returning varsity players.

Required Lacrosse Helmet For safety reasons and CIF requirements, each player is required to wear an official Mira Costa GREEN Lacrosse helmet.

Game Equipment There are no team cleats, gloves, sticks, or pads. They are required equipment along with colored mouth guard and cup. Each player is responsible for his own equipment. Check with coach for approved equipment.

I understand that my son is responsible for turning in his uniform at the end of the season and that I will be charged a fee if he fails to do so.*
