Aaron Karsh- Head Coach
Aaron grew up in Torrance, CA. Playing Baseball and winning a Bay League Championship in 2004 at West Torrance, before lacrosse was being played here locally. Coach Karsh found lacrosse as a member of the first team at Concordia University in Irvine, CA, There he learned the game from coaching great's Jon Fox of Foothill HS, and Mark Todd of Newport Harbor. 4 Years from inception, Concordia went on to play in the National Championship and has become a top MCLA program. After playing at CUI, Coach Karsh took over for Brian Kelly at Chadwick School in 2009 to 2012, and at the same time was the program director at Marymount California University Men's Lacrosse Team. Aaron sits on the CIF-Southern Section advisory board for boys lacrosse, and is the current president of the LA Lacrosse Foundation. Coach Karsh is studying for a Masters Degree in Coaching with an emphasis is Exercise Sports Science. As he starts his 11th season with the Mustangs he references a quote from Benjamin Franklin as a guiding principle of the program, " Well done is better than well said."

Tajee Mobley- Defensive Co-Ordinator
Tajee is a Mira Costa Alumni who won a North Section Championship in 2010 and 2011. Tajee was also an All Bay league member and went on to play at Essex in Baltimore Maryland, making the Region 20 all-tournament team and becoming a NJCAA All-American and finished his career at NCAA D2 Florida Tech, before returning to inspire the next generation of Mustangs. He brings with him great energy and enthusiasm to go along with a no nonsense work ethic.

Nicholas de la Espriella- Offensive Co-Ordinator

Professionally, works as a contractor for the aerospace industry and IT. Coach Nic is a wealth of knowledge and stories, bringing history and tradition to our program. Kyle Kennedy- Assistant Coach
Kyle is a Santa Monica Alumni who was First Team All Ocean League and
Ocean League Co-Champions in 2017. Kyle went on to play division- III lacrosse at the University of New England in Biddeford Maine, where he was most improved player in 2020-21 and most valuable player in 2021-22. He graduated with his BS in Sport and Recreation Management and a minor in Business.
Eric Yoon - Assistant Coach
Eric's lacrosse began in 7th grade at Saint James School in Maryland, and it has been a central part of his life ever since. Moving to Korea during high school, he immersed himself in the sport and had the honor of captaining both the U-17 and U-19 Korean national lacrosse teams. Throughout his career, he's had the privilege of participating in International tournaments such as the ASPAC (Asia Pacific Lacrosse Championship), where he contributed to winning South Korea's first bronze medal in 2017. Additionally, he competed in the 2018 World Lacrosse Championship held in Netanya, Israel, and Asia Pacific Qualifier in 2023 further solidifying his dedication to the sport and his team.
His goal is to instill not only the skills needed to excel on the field but also the values that foster personal growth and integrity. He aspires to guide players with the right attitude, helping them develop into well-rounded individuals both in sports and in life.
